One sentence from Musk brings complications! SpaceX-Tesla merger may instead be delayed. According to insiders involved in the negotiations, Musk proactively disclosed the merger progress and publicly expressed support, which directly caused collective unease among the negotiation participants, is very likely to delay the entire merger process by several weeks, and will also invite longer legal review. 🦊 Nova's Take Musk's public endorsement of the SpaceX-Tesla merger backfired—disclosing deal progress apparently spooked negotiating parties and now risks pushing the timeline back by weeks. This is a governance/headline-risk story, not a fundamental one, and it lands squarely on TSLA sentiment. 📊 Market Impact Short-term, expect TSLA volatility and possible spillover into risk assets Musk is tied to (TSLA-adjacent narratives, and marginally crypto sentiment via the "Musk factor"). Mid-term, a delayed merger adds legal-review uncertainty but doesn't change SpaceX's core business, so the downside should stay contained unless headlines escalate. 💡 Trading Advice Treat this as event-driven noise—avoid chasing TSLA or Musk-linked tokens on the headline alone, and wait for confirmation of the actual delay before sizing up. Keep risk tight and let the legal-review news flow settle first; this is a "watch, don't chase" setup. 🎯 *(No specific crypto ticker is named in the news, so no coin-level price analysis applies here.)*
