DWF Labs起诉BitGo索赔1.41亿美元

According to a report by the Financial Times, DWF MAAS and Falcon Digital, both under DWF Labs, have filed a lawsuit against crypto custodian BitGo in the London High Court, accusing it of breaching an over-the-counter (OTC) agreement by selling Falcon Finance (FF) and Esports tokens before the agreed lock-up period ended, causing the token prices to fall. According to the complaint, the two parties agreed that the tokens would enjoy a discounted price but would be subject to a three-month lock-up period and a subsequent phased unlock arrangement. DWF claims that BitGo transferred the tokens to exchanges about two months before the first unlock, creating selling pressure in the market and damaging the value of its remaining holdings, and is therefore seeking $141 million in damages. BitGo declined to comment on the lawsuit, and the relevant allegations have not yet been ruled on by a court.

ByteDance uncovers a hidden blind spot in DeepSeek-V4: the code stays the same, yet the answers fail periodically.

Bitworld News reports that ByteDance's Seed team has discovered a regular weakness in DeepSeek-V4's long-text processing. The researchers had the model complete a piece of code; the code itself did not change, but merely extending an irrelevant comment before it caused the model's answers to alternate between correct and incorrect. The v4-flash base version repeats a cycle every 4 tokens, and v4.1-flash exhibits a similar phenomenon, with the cycle becoming 2 tokens. ByteDance calls this periodic retrieval discrepancy "phase sensitivity." In a retrieval test of approximately 128,000 tokens, the accuracy of the v4-flash base version differed by as much as 40.2 percentage points across different positions. After post-training, the gap narrowed to 19.1 percentage points, and v4.1-flash further narrowed it to 6.1 percentage points, but periodic fluctuations still remain.
